2. Wednesday, 07 May, 2014 07:00pm – 09:00pm – Seminar: Program Management vs Project Management by Professor Mark Gershon, PhD. Temple University
The classic view of a program is that it is a big project, bigger than a project, but still basically a project. The difference is that the program is such a big project that parts of it are projects themselves. This requires the use of a project manager for each of those smaller projects, who then report to the project manager for the larger project. We call that person the program manager. Are you ready to assume the leadership role in program management? Is your company employing the right person to assume this bigger role? Attend this Session to hear from Professor Mark Gershon as he discusses on what it takes to be a successful leader in program management.
Venue: IEEC premises (75 Bukit Timah Road)
Cost: $20 for pre-registered guest; $30 at the door
