THIS is the game that truly matters! The Berkeley club invites you to a viewing of the 117th Big Game against Stanford on Sunday November 23. The Big Game is the the 5th longest running college football rivalry (dating back to 1892) and it is certainly the oldest among DUAL schools.

It’s time for Thanksgiving cum year-end holiday celebration. Don’t miss this informal social event of the year…Come join us for a grand buffet feast of good ole American-style roasted turkey plus all the trimmings. The following 13 alumni clubs will be jointly co-hosting this joyous occasion: Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, INSEAD, Kings College London, LBS, MIT, Stanford, UC Berkeley, U of Chicago, UPenn and Yale. Sheila Coronel, the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism’s Dean of Academic Affairs and Director of the Stabile Center for Investigative Journalism will be in town in December and keen to meet alumni and prospective students. She will be sharing more about the data courses Columbia has introduced in its graduate curriculum and in its continuing professional education series. The school has also introduced a core digital skills programme for all its students as part of a major curriculum revamp last year. The Journalism School is also home to the Tow Center for Digital Journalism and the Helen Gurley Brown Institute of Media Innovation, in collaboration with Stanford University’s College of Engineering.
