International Enterprise (IE) Singapore is organising the first ever trade focused outreach initiative in Singapore known as Trade Talent Connection. With this event, we hope to connect Singapore’s existing talent pool to global companies in the trading and related industries looking to achieve talent acquisition objectives. Some of the global MNCs that will be joining us in this event include BP, Vitol, ADM, KPMG and Cargill. The event will run from 10 am – 7 pm each day. 7. Career Opportunity – Compliance Consultant, Maroon Analytics

Water Dragon Solutions Pte Ltd, the Compliance Practice of Maroon Analytics, is looking for a
Compliance Consultant.

Maroon is a niche consultancy. We provide consulting services in quant finance and compliance to financial institutions. Our Compliance Practice executes projects for our clients, provides support to compliance officers and performs internal audits, in particular to small financial services companies in asset management and financial advisory.

We are looking for an experienced compliance consultant to expand our team. Our consultant will support our clients in the correct implementation of Singapore financial regulation in their companies, execute compliance work, provide general consultancy in compliance matters, draft and review policies.

He/she will execute assignments independently or in collaboration with our principal compliance consultant and/or junior compliance consultant. In addition, he/she will interact with our clients to foster our existing relationships, but also develop and drive new initiatives to expand our scope of work and establish new relationships.

Pre-requisites:
 Entrepreneurial spirit;
 3 years of work experience in compliance in the financial sector;
 Team player;
 Solution oriented and willing to take decisions;
 Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with clients;
 Familiar with common IT applications, in particular Word, Excel.

This position is also open to persons who want to work part time (at least 40%) and/or desire to re-enter into the workforce after a brief break. Flexible work arrangements may also be possible.
